Our Model 2300 opens the door and then closes the door after a pre-set time. While manual use of the door is also allowed, we suggest that this opener not be used in a setting where the door gets a substantial amount of manual use. We suggest the model 3400 in that situation. An electric strike is required if the user cannot lock and unlock the door themselves, but wishes to have control of that process.
Our Model 4300 Door Opener has an arm that pushes the door open. The door must be closed by a separate door closer. This model is used extensively on churches and commercial buildings that need the door to operate manually most of the time.
