I was a first time prospective buyer of this product. The attention this company gave me in phone calls and any follow-up problems or questions lead me to believe they have a product worth taking serious. The time it took to make this product and ship it across the country was well worth the wait. The video installation helped a great deal. I would highly recommend thsi product to anyone who wants a completed shower, start to finish, in about 3 days. It has been a pleasure working with the Medical Club at long distance. The completed workable handicap shower has been a blessing to the people who received it, but a bigger blessing to the people who installed it on our mission trip to Jackson, Miss.
