Good Basically, Some Drawbacks |

This is a non-returnable item! Be sure of all facets before ordering!
Extremely well-made piece of gear, but there are difficulties we experienced. The overall size of the chair is surprising wide! Makes use over a commode in our situation quite difficult because the commode is close to the wall. We need a narrower seat to help with patient stability. Cannot adjust it as far as we can see. The arm rests do not lift totally out of the way (makes use of a sliding board difficult), and the detent button that locks the arm rest in position is quite hard to manipulate. The wheel locking lever operates in reverse of the normal wheelchair operation, and when locked the lever sticks up and prohibits the use of a sliding board! Heel straps would have been helpful.
