It's very easy to rent one of our Knee Walkers. When you click on the picture of the knee walker (above) you will go to the product rental page. Then, read the Rental Agreement in it's entirety and click the acknowlegement box. Then, Simply click on the "Ad To Cart" button and fill out the necessary check out form. Your Knee Walker will be on it's way to you by the next business day. Your credit card will be charged the first four weeks rent of $100.00. Four weeks rental is the minimum rental period. After that, we will charge your credit card $35.00 per week at the beginning of the 5th week (Rental fee drops to $30 beginning week 7 and drops to $27.50 beginning week 10). When you are done with the Knee Walker, simply put it back in the box it was delivered in, apply the return address label we sent you with the Knee Walker and drop the Knee Walker at your closest UPS pick up location. When we receive your Knee Walker back, your rental time will have ended on the day you shipped it back. At that time we will refund any overpaid rental fees.

With the proper documents you may be reimbursed by your insurance company for all or part of the rental cost.

You must have a valid Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express and be a resident of the continental United States. You must be able to provide the billing address of the credit card and a valid shipping address for your Knee Walker. We cannot ship your Knee Walker to a P.O. box.

The minimum rental period for a Knee Walker is four weeks. After the initial rental period, we will charge your credit card each week until the Knee Walker is returned.

Yes. You can keep your Knee Walker as long as you like. We will simply bill your credit card at the beginning of each week.

You can purchase your Knee Walker at any time. Simply contact us at 800-993-1250 and let the representative know. It is also important to know that your total rental charges will never exceed our listed purchase price. Likewise, if you eventually pay rent equal to our listed price of the Knee Walker, it is yours to keep.

We ship our Knee Walkers from either a Eastern USA warehouse or a Western USA warehouse. Typically your Knee Walker will ship on the next business day after you have completed your order. Delivery time is rarely more than 3 days. So in almost every instance, you should have your Knee Walker in 2 to 4 business days. If you live in a difficult to deliver rural area or an area that does not have daily UPS delivery, it could take longer. Expedited shipping is available, simply select the expedited options at checkout.

Ultimately, you are responsible for the well being and return of your Knee Walker. If lost or stolen, your credit card will be charged for the balance due based on our current listed price for the Knee Walker. If your Knee Walkers is damaged, repair costs will be charged.
