My review is a little different; I have to return the item I ordered because my mother's physical therapist thought she was too frail to use it. But I am responding because I have never had such a positive experience when shopping on line. Your customer service representatives made the experience so easy, they were super efficient and courteous. They were just as nice when I had to ask about returning the item; no questions asked, just the information I needed. I will definitely shop your site again and tell others about it.
