Satisfaction Guarantee/Return Policy
Your satisfaction with the purchase you make is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace that product at no expense to you. Please note that due to the medical, hygienic and rehabilitation nature of many of our products, many of those products are not returnable. Non-returnable items include bath safety products, shower chairs, commodes or commode lifts, beds, bath lifts, bidets, certain wheelchairs, some walkers, any type of toileting product. If you are uncertain about the return policy of any product you are purchasing, please contact customer service.
Returnable Products Policies And Guidelines
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery of the product to the customer. Items older than 30 days are not returnable.
You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from customer service by calling 800-450-1513 or by emailing your request to customerservice@themedicalclub.com. The RMA number must be written on the shipping label and the product must be returned within 14 days of the RMA authorization to our warehouse at:

Items being returned must be in the original packaging and must have all pieces intact. The item must be unused.
Restocking Fees
Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged a 30% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping.
If you request a "call tag" to have the merchandise picked up, an additional fee will also apply, unless the merchandise was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Credits And Refunds
Returned products with an RMA number will be credited to your account or refunded via check within 30 days of receipt of the product at our warehouse.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Many items ship within a few hours of being ordered. We will make every attempt to stop the shipment of your order at your request. However, once an item has shipped, our standard return policies apply. Orders already shipped cannot be stopped or retrieved.
Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Packages
Please do not refuse a shipment. UPS and other shippers charge extra fees to return refused products to the original shipper. Also, many items ship from warehouses that do not have a "returns" department. Further, items returned without an RMA can take an extended time to locate and process. These extra costs will be deducted from your refund.
Free Shipping Policies
Barrier Free Shower, Shower Pans, ADA Showers and associated products are not available for free shipping.
