Common Questions
Do I have to be a member to make purchases?
  No.  There is no membership at TheMedicalClub.com  By signing up with your e-mail address you can receive discount coupons and information on special sales.  Anyone can sign up and begin to explore the benefits of TheMedicalClub.com.
Do You Bill Medicare, Medicaid, or Other Types of Insurance?
  No.  We provide the lowest prices on our products anywhere on the internet.  In order to keep providing the lowest prices, we cannot bill Medicare, Medicaid, or other private forms of insurance.  Check with your insurance provider and you can possibly be reimbursed for those items purchased through TheMedicalClub.com.
Do You Have a Catalog or Brochures?
  Yes and No.  Due to the fact that we are constantly expanding our product list, we currently do not have a catalog available.  We do have brochures on specific products that we can mail to you upon request.  Just send us an email or call us.
Do you have a retail location?
  No.  We are an online only web store and do not have any retail locations at this time.  Our Headquarters are in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Do You Offer Credit for Purchases?
  No.  We do not extend credit for personal or business accounts.  We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept checks or money orders by mail.  We can send you an invoice via fax, email, or mail as well.  Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
Do You Ship Outside of the Continental United States?
  Yes.  If you would like an order shipped to another country or U.S. Territory, please call us for a shipping quote.  We can then place your order for you over the phone.  However, incontinence products are only shipped within the U.S.
How can I know shipping charges before purchasing a product?
  This is possible.  To do this, you must add a product to the cart.  After adding it to your cart, there will be a box where you can choose shipping rates.  It provides you the specific shipping rates based on what you choose.  After you choose from those options, you can see your new total price including the shipping rate you chose.  You can be assured following these steps does not mean you're purchasing the product.  It simply means you have calculated the total cost of purchasing the product, including shipping.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
  Most items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Please note that this does not include Saturday or Sunday.  Once shipped, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your location.  Some of our items may be special order and require extra time before being shipped.  These extra shipping times will be noted.
